Medical and Dental Insurance
CMD offers medical coverage and dental benefits to full-time employees.
Retirement Savings Account
CMD provides a 401K plan for all full-time employees allowing for pre-tax payroll deductions.
Paid Time Off
At CMD, Paid Time Off (PTO) may be used for any reason (for example, the employee’s or a dependent’s illness, vacation or any other personal reason). For full-time employees, the number of available PTO days is based on length of service.
Holidays
CMD provides six designated paid holidays, plus one “floating” paid holiday to all full-time employees.
Flexible Hours
Many positions at CMD offer hours specific to the employee. When setting hours worked, the employee’s input is a consideration.
Direct Deposit
Through CMD’s payroll service provider, all employees are offered the options of direct deposit of their pay or use of a Paychex® Access MasterMoney™ Card. With the latter option, employees have access to their pay at ATM stations nationwide.
Parking
Full-time employees who commute to work by car will be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of their monthly parking expenses.
